Color Match Guarantee
If the color of your BROWO Brow Stamp Kit is not right for you, we will cover the cost of a brow stamp in a different color. You only pay the shipping fee. You can keep the product you originally received; there is no need to send it back.

Find Your Stencil Fit
If none of the 9 stencil shapes in your Brow Stamp Kit feels right for you, we will cover the cost of a replacement stencil. You only pay the shipping fee. You can keep the stencils you originally received.

How to Get Help
Contact browoteam@gmail.com with your order number and tell us whether you need help with your shade or stencil. We will guide you through your replacement and confirm the shipping fee before it is sent.
If your order is incorrect or a product arrives faulty, contact us so we can arrange a replacement. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
