Delivery options and costs
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and final charge for your order. Any free-shipping offer applies only to the qualifying pack and destination shown in that offer. Please check the delivery estimate shown before completing your purchase.
Preparing and tracking your order
Preparation and carrier transit are separate stages of delivery. Your shipping confirmation includes tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For help with an update, visit Track my order or send your order number to browoteam@gmail.com.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your address carefully before paying. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; an address change may no longer be possible once the order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or shown as delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. A tracking status alone does not remove your statutory rights.
International deliveries
Shipping availability depends on the destination entered at checkout. Cross-border deliveries may involve customs clearance. Review any taxes or duties shown at checkout; if import charges are not collected there, additional charges may be requested by the destination authorities.
